Tony Smith

Tony Roger Smith, age 77 of Gallatin, TN, passed away July 27, 2021.  Mr. Smith was born October 15, 1943 in Raccoon, KY.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Quacie Charles Smith; brothers, Willard Smith Jr., Bill Smith, Pete Smith, Dean Smith and Ed Smith. Mr. Smith was married to his wife, the late Carol Smith.  He is survived by daughter, Michelle Morton; son, Anthony Smith; granddaughter, Zoe Morton; brother, Tom Smith; sisters, Judy Smith, Gaye Kline, Beverly Holloway (Wayne) and Fannie Marie Hogue (Curtis).

Mr. Smith retired from AT&T after 25+ years of service.  He was a member of Gallatin First Baptist Church. He loved the outdoors and nature.

Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 6th from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Dr. Travis Fleming officiating.  Visitation will be 12:00 noon until time of service.
