Thomas Gary Stewart

Thomas Gary Stewart, age 77 of Hendersonville, TN, passed away April 30, 2022.  Gary was born March 28, 1945 in Lebanon, TN.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Willam R. and Mai Margaret Brown Stewart; brothers, Terry Stewart and David Stewart and sister, Janice Taylor.  He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Pamela W. Stewart; favorite daughter, Jennifer Haile (Jason); grandchildren, Ansley Haile, Anna Beth Haile and Aidan Haile.

Gary retired from Bell South after 30 years of service.  Also, he was a consultant for Verizon for 10 years.  Gary was a member of Goodlettsville First Baptist.  He was an avid major league baseball fan, and his favorite team was the L.A. Dodgers.  Gary was a loving husband, father and wonderful grandfather.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 7th from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor Lyle Larson and Alan Searcy officiating.  Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.  Interment will follow in Sherron Cemetery in Oak Grove, TN with Jason Haile, Aidan Haile, James Richard Webb, Rich Webb, Marion Rochelle and Bobby Raymer serving as pallbearers.
