Thomas Wayne Crook, Sr. age 75 of Bethpage, TN, passed away August 28, 2019. Mr. Crook was born January 4, 1944 in Nashville, TN. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell and Nodie Bruce Crook; wife, Dorothy Ann Campbell Crook. He is survived by sons, Thomas Wayne Crook, Jr. (Janet Denis) & Gary Ray Crook (Daveta); daughter, Trace Joanne Taylor (Cliff); brother, Doug Crook; sister, Alice Lindsey; grandchildren, Thomas Wayne Crook III, Bryan Adam Crook, Carly Taylor, Chris Crook, Cody Crook, Josh Taylor, Donald McNier, Jesse McNier and Nicole McNier; and 11 Great-grandchildren.

Mr. Crook was Owner & Operator of C & D Air Conditions.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, August 31st from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Rev John Penfield officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Olivet Cemetery Nashville, TN. Visitation will be Friday, August 30th from 4- 8 p.m. and Saturday, August 31st from 9 a.m. until time of service.
