Mrs. Teresa Marlene Dean age 64, of Gallatin, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021.

Marlene was born July 27, 1955, in Gallatin, Tennessee, to Charles Hunter, and the late Kathryn Virginia James Hunter.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother. She enjoyed camping, loved animals, especially her dogs. Marlene always had a smile on her face everywhere she went.

In addition to her father, Marlene is survived by her devoted husband of 34 years Ernie Dean. Son and daughter-in-law Michael Brummett (Jennifer). Grandchildren: Makayla Brummett, Austin Brummett, and Emily Brummett. 1 great granddaughter Olivia Binkley. Brothers; Gary Hunter (Judy) and Timmy Hunter (Karen). Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted on Monday January 25, 2021, at 2 PM form the chapel of the Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center, with Joe and Billie Porter officiating. Interment will follow in the Sumner Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1pm until 5pm, and again on Monday from 1pm until the hour of the service at the funeral home.

*If you are planning to attend visitation or service, please wear a mask and practice social distancing. Please note the lounge will not be open for food or drinks.
