Charles Lea March 10, 2021 at 2:51 pmBill, Jackie, Patrick and family,
Jan was one of the most professional employees I have ever worked with. She led the Admissions and Records office with great distinction. She also often expressed her love and dedication to all of you and her family. I am so sorry to hear of Jan’s passing. I last saw Jan 2 years ago at a Vo State retiree Christmas breakfast. We enjoyed catching up. Unfortunately Rita and I are out of town and will be unable to see you at visitation or attend the service. Please know however our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Blessings,
Charles & Rita Lea
I always enjoyed my many years of working with your mother. She was always a classy lady. She took with on my first airplane ride and we went to Bourbon Street together. A wonderful lady and I loved her dearly.
Jane Kelley Armour March 12, 2021 at 8:36 pmJan was a special lady, and I always admired her. She was a role model at Vol State; she was in Admissions & Records, and I was in the Library. Praying for her precious family. Jane
Ginger Stamps March 13, 2021 at 1:49 amJan was a kind, caring, smart, and lovely lady. I worked with her at Vol State. She was very dedicated to her job - always helping students and co-workers in whatever way she could. She was very proud of her family and spoke of you all often. My daughter's first car was Jan's brown Honda and we would often talk about what a good car it was! I have nothing but sweet memories of her as I know you do. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
