Faye Ginger Hetzel

Faye Hetzel, age 82, of Gallatin, Tennessee, entered into rest peacefully surrounded by her family, on February 17, 2025.

Faye was a very talented quilter and would gift her creations with endearment. She was very caring and spent the best of her time with family and friends. Faye will be remembered for her charming whit and loving nature. She will be dearly missed by many.

Faye Ginger Hetzel is survived by her daughter, Dawn Carter (Jerry) of TN; son, Michael Hetzel (Missy) of CA; adopted daughter, Debra Taylor of TN; grandchildren, Michael Winters of WI, Lisa Millage (Charles) of TN, Justin Hetzel (Lissa) of ID, Brandon Hetzel (Katie) of TN, Ryan Hetzel of CA; seven great-grandchildren; and siblings, Georgie Drees (Mark) of OK, George Witte of WI, Diane Turner of KY, and Joe Streff of AK.

She was preceded in death by her father, mother, one sister; and two great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life in honor of Faye Hetzel will be scheduled at a later date.
