Mrs. Stanley was born in Anderson, Indiana on February 11, 1919. She passed away at home in Gallatin, TN on July 10, 2020. She is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Edwin Stanley, whom she married on April 25, 1942. Also, Evelyn is preceded in death by her sister, Edith Burgen and brother, Donald Wells. She is survived by her four children, Debbie Pirtle and husband Lynn, Gregg Stanley and wife Carmela, Jerry Stanley and wife Karen, and Dennis Stanley; three grandchildren, Michelle Stiles, Erik Marschang and Bryan Stanley; eight great grandchildren, Emma and Mason Stiles, Urijah, Oakland and Emersyn Stanley, Emma and Ava Conger and Dean Marschang.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 14th from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor Bryan Stanley officiating. Visitation will be 12:00 noon until time of service. Interment will follow in Forrest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville, TN.
