Eleanor Brown Weaver, age 99 of Gallatin, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017. Born August 26, 1918, she was the daughter of O.L. and Adeline Brown. Glen and Eleanor Weaver were married for 51 years. Eleanor was a loving mother and Gigi to 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great- great, grandchild. She was also called "Iney" by her all of her friends. She was an avid golfer, bridge player, and a loyal member of the First Baptist Church in Gallatin.

Eleanor was proceeded in death by her husband, Glen Weaver. She was survived by her daughter, Susie Wade (Bob), son, Bill Weaver (Phyllis), and son, Jim Weaver. Pall bearers will be, grandsons, Billy Weaver, Chris Weaver, Carson Weaver, Ray Dunn, Alex Young, Tim Buckner, and Danny Cox.

Honorary pall bearers are Members of the Gallatin Country Club Ladies Golf Association.

A Life Celebration service will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home and Cremation Center with John Penfield officiating.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until service time.
