Donald Gurchiek

Donald Joseph Gurchiek, born in Sullivan County, Indiana on August 30, 1937, departed this life on March 2nd, 2023. Don Gurchiek, age 85, was a dedicated member of the church of Christ. He was a farmer in Indiana before moving to Tennessee and working many years at Vanderbilt Legends Golf Club. Don was preceded in death by his loving wife, Eleanor Jane Reed Gurchiek, his sisters Patricia Snow and Darlene Gurchiek. He is survived by his brother, Robert Gurchiek, and sister, Nancy Frakes. He is also survived by his four children, Joe (Liz) Gurchiek, David Gurchiek, Jim (Cindy) Gurchiek, and Donna (Mike) Duncan. His 12 grandchildren, Jason Gurchiek, Luke (Megan) Gurchiek, Levi Gurchiek, Sierra (Curtis) Broadnax, Reed (Zoe) Gurchiek, Emily (TJ) Bostic, Erin (Brady) Clark, Austin (Kaitlyn) Gurchiek, Ann-Marie (Billy) Sullivan, Matthew (Britlyn) Duncan, Mitchell (Kathy) Duncan, Molly Duncan, his 16 great grandchildren and his best buddy, Bitzi.

Visitation and Memorial Services are to be held at Hartsville Pike Church of Christ in the fellowship building on April 1st, 2023. Visitation from 9:30 am until 10:30, with the service starting promptly at 10:30am.
