Brooke Christina Davenport

Brooke Christina Davenport, a beloved daughter, sister, niece, and friend, passed away on September 10, 2023, in her hometown of Gallatin, TN. Born on July 26, 1990, Brooke's infectious kind heart touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed.

Brooke's educational journey began at Wilson Central High School. Although she faced challenges along the way, she persevered and completed her GED. Brooke's determination and resilience were evident throughout her life.

Passionate about helping others, Brooke worked as a customer service representative in the airline industry for a short time. Her warm and caring nature made her an asset to those she served. Brooke always went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt valued and heard.

Outside of work, Brooke found solace in her hobbies. She was an avid reader who found joy in exploring new worlds through books. Additionally, she had a beautiful singing voice and would often share her talent with friends and family. Whether singing alone or with others, her voice filled the room with warmth and harmony.

Brooke will be remebered for being a deep thinker, with a sarcastic humor, and a genuinely tender heart towards others. She possesed a vibrant spirit that radiated love wherever she went. Her presence brought comfort and joy to those around her.

Tragically, Brooke's life was cut short due to kidney failure. Despite facing this battle with immense courage and strength, it is devastating to say goodbye to such a vibrant soul. The world is undoubtedly darker without her light shining upon us.

Family meant everything to Brooke, she is preceeded in death by Bobby Davenport (grandfather), Kathleen Davenport (grandmother), Ken Brown (grandfather), Lois Brown (grandmother), Melissa Marie Brown (mother), Patricia Shankle (aunt), Billy Wayne Davenport (uncle), Teresa Gail Davenport (aunt). Brooke is survived by Bobby (Mary) Davenport (father), Michael (Nicole) Davenport (brother), Bobby Davenport III (brother), Ciera Bain (sister), Staci Bain (sister), Chris Scott (nephew), Aidan Davenport (nephew), Ezra Adams (nephew), Karalynn Givens (niece), Serenity Adams (niece), and Grayson Cosby (nephew). May they find solace in the memories they shared with Brooke and the love that will forever bind them.

To honor and celebrate Brooke's life, visitation and a memorial service will be held on September 13, 2023. The visitation will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center, located at 584 Nashville Pike, Gallatin, TN, 37066. The memorial service will follow from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. Please join family and friends as we pay our final respects to a remarkable young woman who left an indelible mark on our lives.

Brooke Christina Davenport may no longer be physically present with us, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. May her soul find eternal peace, and her memory forever bring warmth, comfort, and inspiration to us all. Rest in peace, dear Brooke.
